| $50,001 to $100,000 |
$298.00 for the first $50,000 plus $4.50 for each
additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and

| $100,001 to $500,000 |
$523.00 for the first $100,000 plus $3.50 for each
additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and

$1923.00 for the first $500,000 plus $2.50 for each

- Moving of buildings or structures - $100.00 + 125% bond or letter of credit based
on the contract cost to be paid at the time of permitting and released at the time
of final inspection.
- Demolition of buildings or structures - $100.00 + 125% bond or letter of credit
based on the contract cost to be paid at the time of permitting and released
at the time of final inspection.
- Plan Reviews - One-half the permit fee, to be paid at the time of permitting.
Submittal of revisions after permitting will be charged one-half the plan review fee.
- Grading Permit - $100.00
- Reinspection Fee - $50.00
- Sanitation - $130.00
Penalties
Any work started prior to the proper permits being issued, the permit fee
will be doubled. The payment of said fees shall not relieve any persons
from fully complying with the requirements of this Code in the execution
of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
