What do I do if I would like to dispute a ticket?
You must appear for court at which time you can request a bench trial or a jury trial..

What do I do if I cannot appear for court?
You must appear before the court to request a continuance.

What if I do not have the money to pay the fine? 

Greer Municipal Court accepts cash, personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, debit and credit cards.

Checks and cashier checks must be made payable to THE CITY OF GREER.  Please include the ticket number on the check, cashier check or money order. Checks and Money Orders can be mailed including the ticket number and/or copy of the ticket to :

How can I be excused from serving as a juror?
Contact the court at (864) 848-5374 or 848-5375 if you are 65 years of age or older.
Jurors can only be excused by the Municipal Court Judge on Wednesdays from 8:00 am - 11:00 am and from 1:30 pm - 4: 30 pm before  the scheduled Jury Trial Term.

What do I do if I need to speak with the Judge before my trial date?
The Municipal Court Judge is only here on Wednesdays from 8:00 am - 11:00 am and from 1:30 pm - 4: 30 pm, and can not be contacted at any other time.
